
Kevin Low is a technology specialist with particular expertise in commercialisation. Spending most of his career in high-tech manufacturing, he is now a partner in Ideation, a consultancy in product development specialising in assisting national and international companies with high technology product development commercialisation.
Kevin commmenced his career in science at the DSIR's Institute of Nuclear Sciences in Wellington and developed competencies in electronic design using integrated circuits and then microprocessing technologies.
He has been a part-time Adjunct Professor in product development at Massey University and has taught honours level students in the B. Tech. Product Development course at Palmerston North and Albany campuses, and the B. Des. Industrial Design course at the Wellington School of Design, as well as modules of the MTM and MBA courses in technology management at Waikato University.
